The Penguin FM team are pleased to have completed a £400,000 residential fit-out project at 15
Park Place, Leeds, a luxury development of 5 city centre apartments, developed by Mayfair Group
Investment.
Following a complete renovation of a commercial office space into the 1-and 2- bedroom
apartments, the Penguin FM team completed all fit out and joinery works throughout, including
kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom suites.
With exceptional quality finishes and state of the art technology, each apartment is unique and
features bespoke kitchens with corian workshops and top quality appliances, Italian marble tiles,
one-off feature fireplaces and bespoke furniture which was all designed and made in our in-house
workshop.
