We’re delighted to have secured a contract renewal with Provenance Inns & Hotels, offering full facilities management for each of the groups seven inns and hotels.
The 12-month contract was awarded after completion of a previous contract which culminated in the Penguin FM team supporting Provenance Inns & Hotels with a safe reopening across all of its venues in July 2020.
Following the closure of all seven inns and hotels from March – July, when the green light was given by the government for hospitality venues to reopen, we were pleased to support Provenance Inns & Hotels with a number of safety, compliance and upgrade projects, including 40 additional jobs, which were all scheduled and delivered within 2 weeks.
It’s this responsiveness and capability which Steve Foster, Maintenance Manager at Provenance Inns say the group found vital in enabling a safe reopening, “When we got the go-ahead from the government to reopen, the team at Penguin sprang into action and delivered a number of project works to enable all our venues to safely reopen, from refurbishment works to servicing and upgrades to our internal infrastructure.”
