Our lift maintenance doesn’t stop at elevators – it also includes escalators, service lifts, Dumb waiters and Trolley lifts. All contracts include regular maintenance visits, during which time a lift engineer will inspect, clean and adjust all appropriate components for optimum performance. After any site visit, a report outlining the work carried out is always provided to the client.
Penguin FM will deliver thorough examinations and ensure that records are maintained. Where defects are identified, they will be reported to the client using our CAFM (computer aided facilities management) system. Our engineers work closely with our clients to schedule any planned visits around the organisation, to ensure there is little disruption to daily operations and the running of the the business.
